NEXLAB Technology and AGEST Vietnam recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for 2026, marking a new milestone in their strategic partnership.

As a member of AGEST Group, AGEST Vietnam builds on a legacy of more than 20 years in Vietnam established by LogiGear Vietnam, bringing together over 500 software engineers across Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hanoi. The company offers extensive international expertise in software development, testing, cybersecurity, AI, and data processing.

Building on this foundation, the 2026 MOU aims to deepen collaboration by combining NEXLAB’s strengths in consulting, solution development, and systems integration with AGEST Vietnam’s international delivery experience. Quality assurance is a key priority, ensuring that solutions are rigorously tested and meet technical standards before deployment.

Together, these complementary capabilities strengthen the two companies’ ability to deliver end-to-end solutions—from business requirements analysis, development, and systems integration to testing, security, and quality assurance. The partnership provides a foundation for NEXLAB and AGEST Vietnam to explore new opportunities, undertake larger projects, and create lasting value through technology.
