This position plays a pivotal role in building and nurturing Nexlab’s internal tech talent pipeline.
Role Purpose
You will take full ownership of the end-to-end capability development lifecycle for our Intern team: Assess → Plan → Train → Practice → Review → Improve → Progress. This role is a hybrid blend of Technical Training + People Development + Intern & Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Program Development
- Design and update Learning Roadmaps for Data, AI/ML, and Software Engineering tracks.
- Develop standard curricula, practical assignments, assessment metrics, and training documentation.
- Continuously optimize training programs based on real project outcomes and feedback.
- Training & Workshop Execution
- Conduct technical training sessions, workshops, code/architecture reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Simplify complex technical concepts and guide interns on applying theoretical knowledge to real-world projects.
- Progress Management & Assessment
- Establish and operate an individual learning progress tracking system.
- Conduct periodic evaluations on technical skills, problem-solving mindset, and overall performance.
- Report regularly to Tech Leads / Management and formulate tailored development plans for skill-gapped team members.
- Intern & Early-Career Team Management
- Allocate tasks, track progress, and oversee deliverable quality for interns, freshers, and junior members.
- Foster a proactive, cohesive, and highly motivated learning environment.
- AI Research & Integration
- Research and apply AI tools, LLMs, Coding Agents, Agent Builders, Data Pipelines, and Data Processing technologies to innovate teaching methodologies.
- Mentor interns on utilizing AI ethically, effectively, and responsibly in technical engineering tasks.
Requirements
Education & Technical Foundation
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a Master’s/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related disciplines from reputable universities (UIT, HCMUT/Bach Khoa, FPT, etc.).
- Solid grasp of core computer science fundamentals: programming, data structures, algorithms, data processing, or AI/ML.
Experience & Core Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data, or AI (Fresh graduates with exceptional academic or technical potential are welcome).
- Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant (TA), mentor, instructor, workshop host, or lead in major university coursework/student projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, and pedagogical skills; ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and intuitively.
- Management mindset with goal-oriented (Goal Setting) and data-driven evaluation capabilities.
AI Mindset & Tools
- Proficient in using modern AI tools for daily productivity and research.
- Strong AI-First / AI-Augmented mindset, actively seeking AI solutions to optimize work performance.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience in designing technical curricula or training materials.
- Active GitHub profile, published research papers, or a strong portfolio of real-world projects.
- Strong reading comprehension of English technical papers and documentation.
- Previous experience in a startup environment or agile tech project teams.

Work Location & Schedule
- Full-Time: Monday – Friday (09:00 – 18:00). Flexible Hybrid model based on project needs.
- Part-Time: Minimum of 2 fixed offline sessions per week at the office; remaining hours can be worked flexibly online upon agreement.
