Owns client projects end to end β a Business Analyst, Project Manager, and technical peer to engineering, all at once.
βResponsibilities
ββ’ Own 2β3 client projects end to end: discovery β spec β delivery β go-live. Accountable for scope, timeline, quality.
β’ Run discovery: extract business logic, model process and data, lock scope and acceptance criteria.
β’ Spec-first delivery: write PRD/BRD (Product/Business Requirements Documents) with testable acceptance criteria, manage requirement changes with discipline, keep traceability from requirement to test β documents are the source of truth, not "code first, fill in later."
β’ Estimate (man-days), plan delivery, manage risk and scope creep with dev/QA/design.
β’ Review code and architecture at the logic level; spot trade-offs; propose direction.
β’ Pre-sales and technical consulting: build Proof of Concept (POC) prototypes, estimate, present to C-level clients.
β’ Lead 1β2 developers/BAs on owned projects (lead track; broader delivery management once credibility is built).
βMust-have
ββ’ 5+ years as PM/BA/PO in software; owned at least one project to go-live.
β’ Strong BA: discovery, PRD/BRD / user stories, process and data modeling (Entity Relationship Diagrams).
β’ Technical depth to challenge developers: common architectures (APIs, databases, frontend/backend, integration), reading code, judging trade-offs, accurate estimation.
β’ Hands-on putting AI coding agents into production delivery: can author specs/context an AI can consume, and reviews AI output critically β never accepts the first draft.
β’ Has spec'd AI/LLM features: acceptance criteria for non-deterministic output, eval criteria, fallback and escalation-to-human; understands token cost, hallucination, and context window well enough to trade off with the engineering team.
β’ Owns process, doesn't just run it: has designed or improved an AI-assisted workflow for the team, chaired gate reviews, and held the spec quality bar under schedule pressure.
β’ AI-First, AI-driven mindset (see below).
β’ Present to management-level clients; strong technical English.
βNice-to-have
ββ’ Vertical depth: healthcare (Hospital Information System), finance (electronic Know Your Customer β eKYC), education, or e-commerce.β’ Production dev background.
β’ Experience with specific AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, OpenCodeβ¦), subagent orchestration.
β’ Pre-sales / commercial exposure.
Compensation:
ββ’ Base salary negotiated directly during the interview based on your qualifications and relevant experience.
β’ Business travel, transportation, and client entertainment expenses are reimbursed in accordance with the company's policy.
β’ Full statutory insurance coverage, including Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI), along with annual leave and other benefits as prescribed by the Vietnamese Labor Code.
β’ Access to company-provided AI accounts and professional AI tools to support daily work.
β’ A dynamic, young, and collaborative working environment with opportunities to work closely with both the engineering team and the executive leadership.
