MARKETING SENIOR/JUNIOR

‍Key Responsibilities:

‍As a Marketing Executive, you will directly participate in building and spreading Nexlab's brand values. Your main duties include:

• Research & Ideation: Gain a deep understanding of the company's insights, vision, and services to brainstorm and develop internal and external communication campaigns.

• Strategic Planning: Proactively develop and propose periodic marketing plans (monthly, quarterly) to achieve brand awareness goals.

• Content & Design: Write engaging content and design basic media assets for the company's communication channels.

• Strategic Consulting: Act as a consultant to propose reasonable, cost-effective, and highly impactful marketing solutions to the Board of Directors (BOD).

• Execution & Measurement: Coordinate with relevant departments to implement communication plans and report on campaign performance periodically.

Requirements:

‍To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

• Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in Branding, preferably with a background in In-house Marketing.

• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working in the IT sector or similar tech-related fields is a major advantage.

• Tech-savviness:Proficient in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI) to optimize work efficiency (copywriting, designing, brainstorming).

• Soft Skills: Strong logical thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Highly proactive and self-driven.
