Junior Project Management (PM/BA)

Early-career, ships real work, grows fast under mentorship.

‍Responsibilities

‍• Support senior PM/BAs: write parts of specs and user stories, capture discovery notes, manage backlog and tasks, track progress.

• Build POC prototypes with an AI coding agent under senior guidance.

• Verify output — AI's and developers' — against the spec.

• Grow from owning a module → a small project (no people management at this stage).

‍Must-have

‍• 0–2 years, or a new graduate with real shipped work (capstone, side project, POC). Portfolio over CV.

• Strong business and logical thinking: turn a requirement into a coherent set of tasks/specs.

• Enough technical grounding to read code and understand APIs and databases (no production experience required).

• AI-First, AI-driven mindset — prioritized over years of experience.• Self-driving, comfortable with direct feedback.

‍Nice-to-have

‍• Used a specific AI coding agent (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, OpenCode…) to ship something that runs.

• A public repo or POC portfolio.• A computer-science background or prior coding.

‍AI-First, AI-driven (hard filter, both roles)

‍Not "knows how to use ChatGPT." We assess against:

• Uses AI coding agents / Large Language Models (LLMs) as a primary daily tool.

• Writes specs/prompts that get usable AI output (spec-driven); structures context for the model.

• Knows AI's limits: verifies output, catches fabrication, no blind trust.

• Senior — designs workflows/skills to multiply output. Junior — operates existing workflows fluently.
