- Recruitment: Post job openings, screen CVs, schedule interviews, and provide feedback to candidates.
- Onboarding: Prepare labor contracts and conduct orientation programs to help new hires integrate smoothly.
- C&B (Compensation & Benefits): Manage attendance tracking, leave management (including Tet holiday schedules), and related benefits.
- Records Management: Maintain and update employee profiles and personnel databases.
- Internal Engagement: Organize team-building activities, birthdays, holidays, and contribute to building a vibrant company culture.
- Office Management: Procure office supplies (stationery, water, snacks, etc.) and manage office equipment.
- Front Desk & Logistics: Greet guests, manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, and coordinate meeting room schedules.
- Expense Management: Monitor and process payments for office utilities (electricity, water, internet, cleaning services, etc.).
- Administrative Support: Draft documents, announcements, and administrative decisions as requested by the Board of Directors.
- Education: Final‐year student or recent graduate in Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, Languages, or related fields.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Attitude: Honest, enthusiastic, and highly responsible.
