Job Responsibilities

HSoft Operation & User Support
  • Administer, operate, and provide user support for the HSoft Hospital Information System (HIS).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HSoft modules, including Patient Registration, Outpatient/Inpatient Services, Billing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Health Insurance (BHYT).
  • Support doctors, nurses, and hospital staff in using the HSoft system effectively.
  • Perform data validation, backup activities, and SQL-based data queries when required.
  • Coordinate with the HSoft vendor to resolve system issues and support upgrades.
System Integration & Data Management
  • Act as the technical liaison between the hospital and implementation partners for integration projects involving HSoft and external systems such as mobile applications, self-service kiosks, payment gateways, and AI solutions.
  • Assist in system analysis, data dictionary preparation, and workflow documentation for HSoft modules to support integration activities.
  • Coordinate and manage data exchange channels with HSoft, including APIs, direct database access, scheduled import/export files, and bidirectional data reconciliation.
  • Monitor and ensure data integrity between HSoft and integrated systems, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Support log monitoring, synchronization alerts, and troubleshooting of integration-related issues.
Healthcare Ecosystem Collaboration
  • Coordinate with other hospital systems such as ERP, Accounting Systems, PACS, E-Invoice Platforms, Digital Signature Systems, and Call Center Solutions to facilitate data integration and interoperability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Hospital Information Systems (HIS); experience with HSoft is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of hospital workflows, healthcare operations, and health insurance (BHYT) processes.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience in database querying; knowledge of Windows Server and Database Server administration is an advantage.
  • Understanding of system integration concepts, including REST APIs, JSON/XML data formats, and data synchronization.
  • Strong troubleshooting and end-user support skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and external partners, with clear technical documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience implementing or operating HSoft in hospitals or healthcare facilities.
  • Experience working with Health Insurance (BHYT), Pharmacy, Billing, and Laboratory modules.
  • Participation in HIS integration projects involving patient applications, kiosks, payment gateways, or AI-based systems.
  • Experience working directly with HSoft operational/development teams or other HIS vendors.
  • Knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR is a strong advantage.
