BACKEND DEVELOPER (MID-LEVEL)

Responsibilities

‍
- Develop and maintain robust backend systems for enterprise-grade CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Umbraco, and CrafterCMS.
- Design, develop, and secure high-performance APIs, including both RESTful and GraphQL.
- Implement advanced personalization features within various CMS environments.
- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot backend applications across cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
- Utilize AI-assisted IDEs (e.g., Cursor) to expedite development and improve overall outcomes.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers and Project Managers to ensure seamless system integration.
- Provide clear communication and root cause analysis to PMs regarding technical issues and solutions.
- Participate in the maintenance of database systems, including SQL Server and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).

Requirements

‍
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in backend development.
- Strong expertise in .NET C# and .NET Core.
- In-depth knowledge of CMS platforms: Sitecore, Umbraco, and CrafterCMS.
- Solid understanding of API security best practices and performance optimization (caching, scalability).
- Experience with Unit and Integration testing frameworks such as xUnit or NUnit.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Ability to work under high pressure and stay committed to meeting tight deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset suitable for cross-functional teamwork.

Nice to have

‍
- Experience working on medium to large-scale system migration projects.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Advanced knowledge of personalization implementation within CMS platforms.
